about the role
Maintain end-to-end order management & housekeeping for assigned countries / cluster:
Books orders for assigned countries/cluster in OBS Order Intake Tool
Manages Order Booking recognition policy/compliance for assigned countries / cluster
Resolves issues for missing/incorrect data.
Clarification/resolution of orders delayed within Order- to- Bill ( OTB) owned milestones within GOLDtool.
Monitors/pro-actively chases orders to enable smooth flow through OTB owned milestones.
Communicates with assigned countries, any problems, reports pertinent information via email, reports, telephone etc.
Manages orders from Order Management through to Order Book to enable booking and recognition of order value
Validation of correct OBS legal entity signature on all orders
Assists with departmental issues relating to commercial detail within commissions, order book, Sales Operations, Sales Force.
Trains and mentors new team members regarding all aspects of the Order Management role.
Assists with creation of orders if other team members need support with backlog/high volume.
Participates in the UAT for new developments, updates & training of relevant tools & processes.
Up-to-date and thorough understanding of ordering process and each milestone owner’s responsibilities i.e. actions carried out within each milestone.
Understanding of Order Intake Tool (OIT) and order booking.

Strong competence with Microsoft excel – Intermediate / Advanced level
Computer literate & numerate
Strong database knowledge and experience
Solid oral and written communication skills engaging with customer and
internal departments/Groups within the Company
A logical/analytical approach
Strong organisation skills
Attention to detail: able to identify potential problems/issues and act upon them accordingly
Motivated individual: able to manage time effectively, multi-tasking & prioritising duties.
Strong database knowledge and experience
Desire to learn and develop a career in a global sales organisation

Base salary from 1,150 € brutto per month (upon agreement) + variable part and other benefits. Actual salary is likely to be higher based on skills, knowledge and experience.
