Job description
about the role
The IT Analyst team is the 2nd level for the IT HD at many services like Network, Security, AD, Remote Access, and exchange we also track all the major incidents for all other applications and we are the Lotus Notes Admins.
The Analyst team is the process owners so we have many projects and reports to assure all other teams are following our incident handling policy and enhancing it.
We are considered as the experts for the ITHD so we provide them the training needed at our services and other new processes.
We have also development part to develop tools internal to facilitate and automate our daily tasks.
about you
From 1 to 3 years of work experience in IT Operations activities.
University degree in IT/ Computer engineering.
Excellent Troubleshooting and problem solving skills.
Ability to learn, flexibility, creativity, accuracy.
Excellent team player, with ability to act as individual practitioner.
Good knowledge in Information Technology Infrastructure Library (ITIL).
Strong Knowledge at Networks (CCNA Certificate is preferable)
Development Skills is a preferable.
French language is highly recommended.
