Job description:

The mission of OINIS (Orange International Networks Infrastructures & Services) is to design, plan, deploy and operate the Orange Group's international and long-distance (backbone) networks.

Network & Service Build (NSB) is responsible for the deployment of data and voice networks.

The team 'Provisioning Management' does contribute to the project management in term of deployment and is in charge of the evolution of Orange's international IP and transmission networks. Staff is based in France (Paris & Blagnac), Slovakia (Bratislava) and India (Gurgaon).

Main missions:

You manage and organize capacity provisioning operations on the OINIS international networks.

Your role is to translate the commercial requests of customers (provisioning & change management) into technical provisioning actions, then to have them implemented.

You are the guarantor of the Group's contractual commitments in terms of quality, costs and deadlines.

Main activities:

Manage and organize IP & Transmission network provisioning on OINIS networks.

Insure that the productions for our internal, affiliate or external clients respect quality requirements and engagement delays.

• Technical coordination of capacity production requests :
   . Ensure the validity of orders and the negotiation of realistic deadlines.
   . Validate the prerequisites for the launch in production.
   . Initialize requests, if any, to internal contributors in the OPUS work-flow tool.
   . Ensure the conformity of the productions carried out before commissioning.

• IP & Transmission Network Delivery Coordinator Function :
   . Activate and ensure the timely activation of production players.
   . Coordinate the different production actors (internal and external to the group).
   . Ensure the achievement of production milestones within the set deadlines.
   . Provide intermediate and final deliverables through the production process.

Manage production follow-up meetings with partners and / or process clients.

about you

• Knowledge:
   . English written / spoken
   . Experience of provisioning operational projects
   . Technical knowledge of transmission and IP equipment and networks
   . Knowledge of the IS network (OPUS, SERIA, REF SITE, GINI, METEO) is a plus

• Expertise:
   . Leadership and ability to mobilize transversal actors
   . Very good sense of organization

• Know how:
   . Good communication skills
   . Autonomy
   . Rigorous project monitoring and reporting
   . Ability to work in a team and in a network of partners

base salary from 1,400  € brutto per month, actual salary is likely to be higher based on skills, knowledge and experience.
