The Legal Operations & Technology team seeks an experienced tech and operations analyst to build out the next generation of tools and data in support of our Litigation technology strategy. This will include providing litigation support to a fast-growing Legal team partnering with internal engineering teams on eDiscovery tools, workflows and pipelines. Equal parts litigation tech program manager, eDiscovery guru, and team player, you will be tasked with handling some of the company’s most sensitive data and helping inform the larger strategy. You are a seasoned litigation tech support professional who communicates clearly and concisely while maintaining collaborative client relationships.
·  Drive the creation of new, scalable workflows and solutions for the following Legal practice areas: Litigation, Content IP Litigation, Data Privacy, Regulatory Compliance, including law enforcement and consumer claims, Patents, and Employment Legal.
·  Manage the solutions governing legal hold, preservation, law enforcement, consumer and privacy claims including electronic data requests and data pipelines.
·  Act as a single point of contact and program/project manager across multiple cross-functional teams, communicating requirements and mobilizing teams towards delivering solutions.
·  Support Litigation with all eDiscovery efforts and data collection, including collections from Google Suite, Slack, and other cloud or proprietary solutions.
·  Proactively partner with and collaborate cross-functionally with IT, Employee Tech, Data Security, Info Security and Platform Product/Engineering teams.
·  Support Netflix’s growing legal operations and technology initiatives.
