Description du poste :

As a Marketing Manager, you will:
· Take brand ownership and provide vision, mission, goals and strategies.
· Actively contribute to the long - term growth of Institut Esthederm through marketing activities in line with the international company guidelines.
· To provide full support to the Country Manager in the execution of the business strategy.
· Coach the Sales and Training team and get the best from everyone.
· Provide sales support to field team (VM, promoters, BA’s).
· Plan and evaluate on promotional and trade plans to ensure consistency with product line strategy and profitability per each channel (Beauty Salons, Esthetic Clinics, Spas, Pharma, WWW, Department stores, Chains).
· Develop communication material.
· Gain a deep understanding of customer experience and generate new BTL and ATL ideas for increasing market shares.
· Drive product launches including working with external agencies.
· Be able to work with budgets, KPIs and deadlines.
· Act as a product evangelist to build awareness and deep understanding of the brand.


- MSc/BSc degree in Marketing Management or equivalent preferred.
- Experience in Luxury Cosmetics for pharmacy channel or selective market will be highly appreciated.
- Proven work experience in product management or as an associate product manager
- Good knowledge of Digital promotion & CRM tools
- Start-up mindset within a corporate environment
- Ability to develop, lead and motivate teams
- Excellent presentation and negotiation skills
- Public speaking skills
- Strong problem-solving skills and willingness for success
- Very good knowledge of MS Office (Excel & Power Point is the must!)
- Full proficiency in English (proficiency in French would also be appreciated)
- Available for periodical travelling in the country and abroad
