ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
You will be responsible for but not limited to the following positions:
CASHIER Process POS transactions accurately and efficiently Capture customer information Position will also require attention to detail, excellent organizational skills Must be aware of and comply with all cash management policies and procedures
STOCK RUNNER/ FITTING ROOM ATTENDANT Performs stock checks for customers and in support of sales team Performs merchandise handling and visual tasks to standard throughout the store Prepares merchandise to go out onto sales floor with correct hangers, tickets etc. as required Maintains the sales floor, fitting rooms and cash wrap; processes and runs go-backs Maintains work area and sales floor standards to promote a safe working and shopping environment and to maximize the customer shopping experience Knowledgeable in “Hiking up the Sale” Maintains the sales floor, fitting rooms and cash-wrap; processes and run go-backs Locates merchandise for customers in-store and over the phone Answers customer questions quickly and accurately Works with stock and sales team co-workers to effectively to ensure a fast and seamless customer experience in the fitting rooms
GREETER/ DOOR ATTENDANT Displays excellent people skills and an outgoing, enthusiastic personality. Meet and get to know the customers Interacts with customers as they enter the store Responds to customer questions quickly and accurately Ensures customers feel welcome upon entering the store Determines customers’ needs and direct them to the appropriate Sales Associate
WRAPPER/ CASHWRAP SUPPORT Works with the cashier team to efficiently wrap and bag merchandise Maintains a clean and orderly cash wrap area Facilitates better customer service between Sales Associate and customer managing wrapping and cutting down waiting time
