Working Student - Sales Support Specialist Trainee ( all genders)

Your role:

Our Sales Support team provides support to our Western European Sales and channel management organization. We are in daily contact with direct customers, dealers, internal sales teams and the channel management team throughout Europe.

In this respect you will ensure the highest available support in our Customer Relationship Management tool SFDC. You interact with our sales team, our internal partners and with customers. You handle, investigate, follow-up and answer availability requests, regulatory inquiries, quotations and pricing incl. the relevant encoding. You support us in reporting various business relevant factors (backorder, open orders, price differences etc.). Additionally to that you will participate with various tasks and actions upon business need.

 

Who you are:

 

·   English imperative, German, additional European language would be an asset
·   Ability to communicate (phone, e-mail and face to face) in a multi-cultural environment
·  Good team player, ability to work independently and develop personal initiatives, great learning agility and openness
·  Strong administrative skills (very organized), good knowledge in MS office (Excel)
·   If possible experience in a similar position
