Working Student for IT Infrastructure Cost Management ( all genders)

Your role:

The IT Infrastructure Technologies unit architects, builds, operates and enhances the IT infrastructure of the company. The Cost Management team is responsible for the cost planning and monitoring of IT Infrastructure Technologies unit. This includes a broad variety of activities such as annual budget planning, maintenance of the infrastructure cost book, regular forecast and reporting activities, and Telecom Expense Management. The team has also responsibility for process controls implemented (Creation of purchase requisitions and invoice releasing). You as Working Student of the Cost Management team will support the maintenance of the cost book, the purchase req. and invoice releasing. You will also play an important role in the information collection and cost reporting.

 

Who you are:

·  Bachelor or Master Degree Student in IT / Finance / Controlling or related fields
·  Advanced skills in mastering the standard MS Office tools (especially Excel and PowerPoint)
·  Previous Internship in IT Controlling related areas would be a plus
·  Excellent command of written and spoken English. German language skills would be a plus.
