Sachbearbeiter Transportkoordination - befr. für 2 Jahre (m/w/divers)

Ihre Aufgabe:

Sie organisieren und koordinieren den gesamten Versand aller Produkte und Güter im Vorlauf zu den Umschlagspunkten verschiedener Verkehrsträger. Sie nutzen souverän moderne Kommunikationsmittel und SAP R/3, achten auf einen lückenlosen Informationsfluss und stellen sicher, dass alle relevanten Gesetze, Verordnungen und internen Regeln eingehalten werden. Darüber hinaus sind Sie Kontaktperson für unsere internen und externen Schnittstellen für die kontinuierliche Prozessoptimierung und deren Umsetzung.

 

Wer Sie sind:

• Abgeschlossene Ausbildung zum Kaufmann (m/w/divers) für Spedition und Logistikdienstleistung

• Sehr gute Englischkenntnisse sowie sehr gute Anwenderkenntnisse in MS Office, Outlook und SAP R/3

• Organisationstalent mit schneller Auffassungsgabe und ausgeprägter Kommunikationsstärke

• Sicheres und souveränes Auftreten gepaart mit Flexibilität und Belastbarkeit auch bei hohem Arbeitsvolumen

• Verantwortungsbewusste und teamorientierte Arbeitsweise
