Regulatory Affairs Expert

 

Your Role:

Act as the In-Country Regulatory Representative for the import and export of biological materials.  Plans and manages site regulatory functions for material containing animal by-products, genetically modified organisms and microorganisms. Perform local country surveillance and advocacy activities for animal by-product regulations.  Management of import permits, export documents and systems.  Participate as the Regulatory Representative in the product development process to develop and execute regulatory strategies, assessments and plans.  Carries out regulatory filing / registrations, including change notification and amendments.  Negotiates and fulfil regulatory requirements with suppliers and customers.

10 % Domestic and International Travel Required

 

Who You Are:

Minimum Qualifications

·  Bachelor’s degree in Animal science or Biology or any biology discipline
·  1+ years working as a scientist or in a biological material Regulatory environment

 

Preferred Qualifications

·  Graduate degree in Biology with 3 + years of experience as a scientist or in a Regulatory environment for biological materials.
·  Fluent in English
·  Understanding of scientific terminology RSREMD
