Ihre Aufgabe:

 Sie sind im Bereich Engineering & Qualification verantwortlich für die Koordination und Durchführung von Qualifizierungsarbeiten in den Pharma-Produktionsbetrieben am Standort Darmstadt. Hierbei arbeiten Sie eng mit den Projektingenieuren und Betrieben zusammen und unterstützen diese bei der Projektabwicklung. Die gesamte Abwicklung und Leitung von kleinen bis mittleren Projekten sowie Routinequalifizierungen übernehmen Sie selbständig.

Auf Basis interner sowie nationaler und internationaler cGMP-Richtlinien erarbeiten Sie Qualifizierungsdokumente. Dabei berücksichtigen Sie aktuelle Anforderungen zum Thema Datenintegrität und computerisierte Systeme.

Sie führen selbstständig Validierungen/Qualifizierungen (z.B. Temperatur-/Partikelmessungen, etc.) durch und bearbeiten technische Change Controls sowie Deviations (OOC) mit TrackWise®. Sie erstellen Masterpläne und bereichsspezifische SOPs und unterstützen bei Behördeninspektionen und Audits (auch in englischer Sprache).

 

Ihre Qualifikation:

·  Diplom / B.Sc. / M.Sc. als Ingenieur der Verfahrens-/Pharmazietechnik
·  Erfahrung in der Arzneimittelherstellung und mit GMP sowie Vertrautheit mit Spezialanlagen der Solida-/Liquidaproduktion
·  Vertiefte Kenntnisse in Datenintegrität und Projektmanagement
·  Sicheres Auftreten, Teamfähigkeit und Kundenorientierung
·  Verhandlungssicheres Englisch in Wort und Schrift sowie strukturierte Arbeitsweise und Organisationstalent
