Purpose of the position

Achieve maximum profitability, growth and penetration in independent points of sale in the assigned territory by effectively selling Royal Canin's products to potential and active clients, generating and maintaining long-term relationships that meet the needs of our clients.

Main Responsibilities

·  Establishes, develops and maintains commercial relationships with current and potential customers in the assigned territory / market segment to generate new business and promote the positioning of Royal Canin's products.
·  Ensure the execution of portfolio sales, executing the sales and promotional plan to demonstrate our value proposition to existing customers, highlighting the benefits of our products, acting as a strategic advisor at the independent point of sale.
·  Plans and organizes the individual sales strategy, maximizing the return on investment of the time designated to each client.
·  Increase the number and quality of clients for the company. Ensure through the correct Merchandising that the brand image in the independent sales points is uniform, consistent and aligned with the purpose of the company.

Requirements for the position:

Education & Professional Qualifications:

- Bachelor of Business Administration, Marketing, Marketing or related.

-Intermediate English.

Knowledge / Experience:

- Experience in similar positions in consumer or pharmaceutical companies, carrying out customer development, managing distributors, executing sales and promotional plans, etc.

- Knowledge in handling objections, conflict resolution, basic in Mkt and Merchandising.

- Field work experience
