= EJECUTIVO DE TIENDAS PERFECTAS / PERFECT STORE EXECUTIVE =

Requisitos:

·  Licenciatura terminada en Economía, Negocios, Comercio, Ing. Industrial o afines.
·  3 años mínimo de experiencia en puesto similar y coordinando equipos no homogéneos.
·  Facilidad de movilidad.
·  Licencia de conducir vigente (altamente necesario).
·  Inglés conversacional intermedio-avanzado capaz de mantener conversaciones de negocio.
·  Competencias: solución de problemas, facilidad de ejecución, coordinación de equipos, comunicación efectiva, entrega de resultados, planeación y liderazgo.

Cuáles son las responsabilidades claves?

·  Asegurar la ejecución de PDV basado en el indicador definido.
·  Coordinador un equipo externo de supervisores y promotores.
·  Buscar oportunidades para incrementar la distribución.
·  Dar retroalimentación e insights a la compañía del impacto de nuestras actividades, así como del impacto de las actividades de la competencia, con la finalidad de construir estrategias de alto impacto.
·  Asegurar el cumplimiento de las rutas y frecuencia de visita de su equipo definidas por el equipo de Perfect Store.
·  Supervisar la ejecución de todas las guidelines.
·  Realizar la ejecución de altas, bajas, promociones, in&outs de cada punto de venta.
·  Dar seguimiento y atención a nuestros clientes.

Zona a trabajar:

·  Monterrey (base) y seguimiento a zonas de Tampico y Torreón (zona Norte).
