Job Purpose:

The Supply Excellence Regional Coach will serve as an implementation leader for the design and roll-out of Mars Supply Excellence (MSE) transformation across our sites in North America. Serve as a change agent and coach and train Plant Managers and sites’ leadership teams on the effective deployment of key MSE strategies and processes. Drive a learning culture that embraces standardized work, information flow, problem solving, strategy deployment and continuous improvement. Partner with senior leaders within Royal Canin to align on an effective implementation strategy that will ensure long term sustainment of results.

Key Responsibilities:

·  Lead, teach and coach others while implementing key activities across manufacturing achieving YOY financial and KPI targets and MSE transformation.
·  Work closely with all NA sites’ leadership teams to deploy MSE.
·  Contribute to the continued development and implementation of the MSE Pillars (Leadership, FMOS, AM, FI, PM, ET, Safety, Quality) and the associated Ways of Working.
·  Build capability in the Site Leadership Team to cascade, manage, sustain and improve the MSE Pillars.
·  Support the Site MSE Leader in facilitating the development and execution of the Site Cascade Plan.
·  Collaborate with other regions and segments to share learnings and best practices.
·  Co-create long-term deployment and capability building strategy to support long-term MSE goals.
·  Assess the site against progression criteria and support the Leadership team in identifying gap closure countermeasures.
·  Lead the change management process; escalating improvements in the process to the Global team and ensure back-standardization to approved changes.

Context & Scope:

·  The Supply Excellence Regional Coach has co-ownership and responsibility for the connection, translation and deployment of the MSE Global program to the North American RC Sites.
·  The position will work collaboratively with the broader Supply Excellence team through participation in CoPs, Plant Managers, cross-functionally with leaders to shape, deploy and collaborate in the execution of the MSE strategy and operating plans.

Education & Professional Qualifications:

·  Bachelor's degree in Engineering or technical degree.
·  Five (5) plus years of experience in a manufacturing, supply chain environment.
·  75-80% travel required.

·  TPM execution.
·  Team skills - High Performance Team experiences.
·  Demonstrated experience in change management / transformational projects.
