Qualifications :

The Reservations team at the London EDITION are looking for a detail orientated and motivated person to join the team as our newest reservation agent. This is a fantastic opportunity to join our Reservation & Revenue department in a direct entry position.

As reservation agent you will be responsible for processing all reservation requests, changes, and cancellations received by phone, or mail and identify guest reservation needs and determine appropriate room type. You will work closely with the reservations team to verify availability of room type and rate and work with the group sales team by building group bookings within the system.

We are looking for a reservations agent with an authentic ability to sell our hotel and someone who will be a brand ambassador for EDITION. You will continually strive to improve processes, have excellent attention to detail and thrive in a lively office within a driven team.

No previous experience is required however an understanding of 5 star luxury hotels and service is desirable.

Previous experience with MARSHA and Opera wins you extra points, but a can-do attitude and willingness to learn are essential
