What we're looking for

· Sustained and proven experience in a similar quality, five-star, lifestyle, high volume environment
· A team-first attitude, positive outlook and outgoing personality
· Great customer service execution and hospitality skills as well as attention to detail
· Demonstrable skills in hospitality and maintenance

As our new Maintenance Engineer, you will be responsible for:

· Reporting any serious maintenance problems, unusual findings, or safety hazards immediately to the Engineering Supervisor/ Chief Engineer
· Identifying and recommending new ideas, technologies, or processes to increase organizational efficiency, productivity, quality, safety, and/or cost-savings
· Taking ownership and care in all that you do – you are responsible for maintaining the heritage of this iconic building!
