JOB SUMMARY
The Luxury Brands Intern will support the Europe Luxury brand teams in the creation, development and implementation of marketing initiatives and brand experiences for The Ritz-Carlton, EDITION, Bulgari, St. Regis, W Hotels, The Luxury Collection and JW Marriott.
The role will be varied with a diversity of different tasks including the creation and development of communication on key brand topics (webinars, power point presentations, brand immersion decks etc.), support and coordination of specific brand projects, supporting the development of brand assets, coordination of internal meetings and events and performing basic administrative tasks to ensure smooth operational processes within brand team.

RESPONSIBILITIES

CO-ORDINATION
• Support brand managers with project management from idea development, creative direction, coordination and execution
• Coordination, creation and distribution of campaign re-caps and activity reports
• Assist in the planning and coordination of brand photoshoots
• Coordination and organization of internal meetings or loyalty events working with other teams were required
• Creation of digital campaign assets and promotional e-mail communication
Arranging, scheduling, managing and recording conference calls and webinars
Internal communication including interaction and exchanges with hotel teams

ADMINISTRATION
Perform general administrative tasks often working and collaborating with other teams within the Marriott organization
Coordination and handling of financial processes such as invoicing
Needs to be extremely efficient and professionally skilled in:
o Preparing documents using Word, Excel and PowerPoint applications
o Should have a high and accurate dictation and typing speed
o Filing and documenting a variety of documents, appointments etc.
o Preparing power point presentations for meetings that represent the brands and luxury look and feel
o Processing mail
o Telephone manner and etiquette
o Taking meeting minutes

OTHERS
Researching and reporting on industry updates and trends
Brainstorming and creation of moodboards for projects
Represents Marriott International Luxury Brands
Develop and demonstrate understanding and knowledge of brands & hotels

EDUCATION

Bachelor's degree or equivalent required in process in Hospitality or Tourism or Marketing or Brand Management or Communications.

The position will be based in the London Marriott International Hotels office.
