Job Summary:
Assisting the Senior IT Supervisor and IT Supervisor with the day to day management of all hardware and software installed at Le Royal Meridien, Grosvenor House and the staff accommodations.
To ensure all computer systems are working according to the specific standards and provide immediate support to staff and guest as required.
Copmmunicate all IT related issues to the IT Management and the team whilst assisting all In-house and Conference guest who need IT support.
Qualifications & Experiences
At least two years' Experience in handling Application Software, preferably in a Hospitality business environment
Knowledge in Network Systems standards
Basic knowledge in Web applications
Knowledge in Basic Software and Hardware troubleshooting
