Répondre aux appels téléphoniques dans le respect des standards de qualité du Groupe Marriott
·
Etre l'interlocuteur privilégié de nos clients
·
Répondre aux demandes des clients et les orienter si besoin
·
Gérer le Guest Service Center
Profil :
·
Première expérience en hôtellerie souhaitée
·
Anglais et français courant obligatoire, une troisième langue est un plus
·
Personnalisation du service
·
Excellent relationnel
