Qualifications :

Job Summary

To develop quality collateral in line with corporate guidelines to support and enhance the hotel's sales and marketing efforts in targeting our market and reinforcing the corporate identity.

JOB SPECIFIC TASKS

· 
Provide designs for creative projects that meet the instructions and specifications from requesting departments

· 
Coordinates collateral production with internal departments and suppliers and facilitate Job Requests submitted by division / department heads. Responsible for monitoring all deadlines for design, artwork and printing

· 
Carry approved designs into artwork stage

· 
Ensure proper usage of art supplies and materials

· 
Maintain organized file of artwork and designs

· 
Keep own work area tidy and clean

· 
Provide photography services for in-house use and/or for publicity purposes, when required

· 
Develop concepts for collaterals excluding hotel brochures i.e. year-end calendar, newsletters, greeting cards

· 
Ensure all collateral designs and printing meet quality standards

Follow all company policies and procedures, ensure uniform and personal appearance are clean and professional, maintain confidentiality of proprietary information, and protect company assets. Welcome and acknowledge all guests according to company standards, anticipate and address guests' service needs, assist individuals with disabilities, and thank guests with genuine appreciation. Speak with others using clear and professional language, prepare and review written documents accurately and completely, and answer telephones using appropriate etiquette. Develop and maintain positive working relationships with other employees and departments, support team to reach common goals, and listen and respond appropriately to the concerns of other employees. Report accidents, injuries, and unsafe work conditions to manager. Move, lift, carry, push, pull, and place objects weighing less than or equal to 10 pounds without assistance. Perform other reasonable job duties as requested by Supervisors.

Education and Experience

· 
Art college experience and / or degree.

· 
Computer literate. (Macintosh and PC Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop)

· 
Minimum of two years' experience in Graphic Design preferred
