Background to vacancy/ What is the purpose of the job? What do you need to achieve?
· You will be joining a fast paced hospitality environment where you will be expected to ensure the delivery of all key operational processes, co-ordinate a safe and legal working environment, identify commercial opportunities and react appropriately, support development of the team through product knowledge and sharing experience.
· You will be working in other hospitality business units to ensure a safe and legal environment and coordinating staffing resource
· You will be expected to be able to give clear direction to colleagues on priorities
· You must be able to work early, core & late shifts
Technical skills/business skills required

· To exude a sell more to more attitude and deliver feedback to the team for development
· To co-ordinate all aspects of staffing, actively coach the team to deliver presentation standards and first time implementation of phase change
