Position Summary: Responsible for monitoring the performance and efficiently directing the workflow of outbound merchandise through several warehouse control systems.

Job Responsibilities:

·  Continuous monitoring of the packing sorter and dispatch sorter
·  Utilizing WCS to control the flow of work through the dispatch sorter and packing sorter
·  Clear Communication (verbal and written) with all levels of the organization
·  Ensuring optimal flow of waves of pick totes to the packing sorter and the sorting of units on the packing sorter
·  Contact point for flow issues
·  Facilitating issues resolution
·  The ability use multiple systems to monitor and analyze incoming customer orders to create tasks for completion by the outbound departments
·  Waving, monitoring sales trends, updating the outbound plan and lucas voice pick system. 
·  Making adjustments to the labor management system and completing daily reporting. 

Qualifications

Job Qualifications:

The successful candidate will have demonstrated strengths in the following competencies:

·  Experience in a high volume, fast paced Distribution Center environment
·  The ability use multiple systems to monitor and analyze incoming customer orders to create tasks for completion by the outbound departments
·  WMS and Microsoft office (Excel/Outlook) skills
·  Demonstrated organizational skills
·  Strong verbal and written communication skills
·  Strong analytical skill
·  Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously and changing priorities
·  Ability to prioritize multiple tasks
·  Work as a team player within the department and across the business
·  Sense of urgency when dealing with time sensitive issues
