GENERAL SUMMARY:  

Victoria’s Secret Beauty is looking for a summer intern to support Diversity & Inclusion! The Diversity and Inclusion intern will leverage their skills as a researcher and communicator to develop and distribute engaging content that is business and community focused through the lens of inclusion. This individual will gain the skills necessary to move into a full-time, entry-level D&I role.

 

PRINCIPLE RESPONSIBILITIES:

·  Development and distribution of D&I communications
·  Monthly Newsletters
·  Weekly Heritage Month Communications
·  Maintenance of internal & external digital copy and resources i.e. lb.com, Getting to Next, event calendars
·  Research and report best practices and efficacy
·  Identify, track, and report innovations and best practices in D&I
·  Gather and maintain associate survey results i.e. culture, session feedback, etc.
·  Monitoring and Maintenance of Inclusion inbox
·  Maintain Inclusion Resourse Group Databases
·  Support the work of Inclusion Resource Groups
·  Provide production, administrative, and technical assistance for programs and events
·  Vendor Maintenance
·  Submit and track vendor documents and payments

Qualifications

QUALIFICATIONS/CAPABILITIES:

·  Current Junior working towards a Bachelor’s degree
·  Demonstrate passion for diversity and inclusion
·  Embrace collaborative and inclusive environments
·  Have high energy, be self-motivated, and can handle multiple tasks
·  Possess excellent attention to detail, strong communication and organizational skills
·  Demonstrate leadership skills and relationship-building aptitude
