Description

PURPOSE:
The mission of the Product Wear Test team is to facilitate evaluations and analysis of fit, comfort, and functionality of products under real-life conditions with an appropriate panel of consumers. The Coordinator supports both written and verbal communications with test program members and cross-functional partners, executes administrative duties related to test garment processing and survey execution and supports activities related to program member recruitment.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Coordinates execution of all product wear tests (setup, distribution, and data collection) for all Victoria’s Secret and PINK categories
• Present wear test results to CF team in a clear manner, ensuring relevant information is communicated
• Receive and manage all wear test samples, ensuring proper distribution to the appropriate participants as well as accurate reference sample maintenance
• Support evaluation of customer segmentation of consumer panel, member recruiting, and maintenance of member communication, education and incentive efforts
• Support in-person consumer feedback activities such as group discussions and store walk-throughs
• Collect and properly format raw survey data for pass off to directed partners
• Support wear test reporting as needed
• Update manual for online testing tool and garment distribution processes as needed
• Build relationships with cross functional partners who support and inform an end-to-end product performance program
• Communicate in an effective, clear and persuasive way at all levels within the organization
• Responsible for a segment of the wear test panel
• Pull tech packs from FlexPLM & set up audit sheets
• Support as note-taker for all wear test intent meetings and understand details and goals of each wear test
• Maintain sample library organization and manage all donations/Sample Sale items
• Manage all inventory needs for office supplies
• Support fit event planning & execution
• Manage gift card redemptions
Qualifications

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Bachelor’s degree in a business discipline (Apparel Design, Merchandising, or Marketing preferred but not required)
• 1-3 years of related retail experience preferred
• Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, Power Point and Outlook; FlexPLM a plus
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Detail oriented
• Data analysis skills [a plus]
• Must be able to manage multiple projects simultaneously
• Must have a customer focus/mindset
• Experience in a retail store or retail home office environment highly recommended
