Description

The Marketing Coordinator of Email & App is responsible for driving growth through cohesive messaging brought to life within the email and app channels. This role is a mix of product and marketing planning, along with insights and creative problem solving. 

 

While supporting the Marketing Manager of Email & App, the Coordinator will work cross functionally to understand VSL product and promotional priorities. The Coordinator will the support growth of the mobile app through strategic planning, data driven insights and a view to enhance the customer experience through the lens of the mobile app.

Responsibilities:

 
·  Partner with Manager in ideation and implementation of marketing strategies and market plans for key launches and initiatives to drive profitable business growth and build strong brand equity
·  Support and eventually manage a segment of project plans and deadlines to achieve all marketing objectives on time and within established budgets; anticipate and resolve potential issues
·  Aid in creation, development and innovation of the overarching strategy for VSL emails
·  Partner with email execution team to flow through daily business now changes designed to optimize business performance in the moment
·  Partner with Ecommerce team to get product and linking priorities
·  Manage email tracking sheet and weekly analysis of email performance
·  Partner with creative and copy teams to story-tell based on brand objectives
·  Own proofing all emails for product and content accuracy
·  Assist in app content planning and execution
·  Support and eventually manage calendarization of production and app content milestones
·  Pattern competitive brands and Recommend opportunities for app exclusive offers. 
·  Manage daily/weekly creative (live view) document and other developed reporting
·  Partner closely with PR, Copy, Creative and cross-functional Marketing teams to confirm alignment and ensure approvals
·  Monitor trends in competitive and consumer landscape to identify brand advancement opportunities

Qualifications

·  1-3 years in Ecommerce/Marketing; experience in a digitally native company is a plus
·  Bachelor's degree (Marketing Preferred)
·  Strategic, analytical and creative thinker that focuses on results
·  Deep understanding of digital marketing landscape. 
·  Ability to integrate information across a variety of sources and translate it into an effective strategy 
·  Experience with Adobe Analytics or other reporting tools
·  Excellent organizational and planning skills 
·  Exceptional written and oral communication skills
