CDI - Country Launcher Netherlands - startup (Dutch speaker)

Job description

In that context we are looking for a talented executive to become our Country Launcher to build the company from scratch in the Netherlands, with the support of Central Team and local ressources. Through a very entrepreneurial approach, the country launcher’s main objective will be to take our startup from 0 to 1:

- Structure our local environment (network of partners - admin, legal,…)
- Structure the strategic approach of the Dutch market in its early stages (value proposition validation, market analysis,…)
- Implement and execute this approach to drive growth in the Netherlands (public relations, content production, recruitment, instructors onboarding, candidates acquisition,…)
- Liaise with International, Marketing, Operations, and Finance teams in Paris to transpose our best practices in a new market

- Dutch native speaker level + Fluent in English
- Hands-on and entrepreneurial-minded
- Analytical (high academic background, experience,…)
- Great interpersonal relationships skills

About La Relève

Our scale-up is a digital driving school whose mission is to improve access to mobility thanks to a digitalized driving education.
We do so through two main products: an online platform to train for the theory part of the driving licence, and a network of independent instructors to prepare candidates for the practice exam.

With these 2 products, our plateforme is an attractive alternative to traditional driving-schools through a cost-savy and customer-centric approach.

After becoming market leader in France in 3 years with over 1M users, and being the first driving school to operate in 2 countries (hello Spain !!),our scale-up now sets off to conquer the Netherlands !!
