Job description



As e-merchandiser for the Active Cosmetics Division of L’Oréal, you will be responsible for putting qualitative e-merchandising in place for the key e-pharmacy online players in order to grow the marketshare of our brands online.

In this varied function you will need to be digitally savy, creative, well organized and communicatively strong in order to accomplish several roles:

1/ As E-commerce Specialist you will function as the Guardian of each or our brands by auditing the websites of our key e-commerce players and make sure our brands are represented in the most qualitative way. This represents a correct implementation for the whole catalogue of all our brands. With different tools at your disposal (Clavis, Google Keywordplanner, Trends..) you will be able to optimize SEO-wize producttitles, metatitles and descriptions, enhance the productpages with more content such as video’s, tutorials and visuals, ensure our products are inserted in the right categories, create the right cross and upsell recommendation for our key e-retailers and make bundlings and routines proposals. You will lead the new PIM-System(Product Information Management), called Opera, that will facilitate the link between our brands and e-retailers regarding all product information.

2/As Brand Catalogue Owner you will be responsible for the hand-over of all necessary information for all new productlaunches, and make sur those launches are well implemented in a correct and qualitative way on all e-commerce sites. Updating the e-commerce players intranet in order to follow sales behind the novelties will also be one of your task as catalogue owner. 

3/ As Traffic Leader you will be the leading SPOC contact person for all ecommerce players. This means you will have contact every day with their marketing and sales administration teams, in order to handle all type of questions; from more brand specific questions to questions related to our marketing plan and animations.

4/ As Marketing Animations Coordinator you will be responsible for 1/ the creation of all animation assets (bannerings, crm templates, social assets, flyers..) in collaboration with our brand marketing teams, 2/ the roll-out of the animation plan (Giftings, samplings, testpanel products…) 3/ the follow-up of the marketing activities to ensure everything go as planned, and 4/ the data collection behind every action. In this role, you will need to coordinate with different stakeholders: from marketing teams for assets creations, to supply team for delivery and stock of animation goods, to the e-kam for the negotiated deals.

You will report to the e-Kam of the ACD division, who will lead you through the negotiated marketing plans for each client, in order you can work in an autonome way.
