Department Assistant (Operations & Finance & Legal Departments)

Job description
We are looking for a Department Assistant for our Operations & Finance & Legal Departments. Department Assistant will be responsible for the coordination of Director’s calendar of mentioned departments and will be directly reporting to them.
WHAT YOU’LL DO
·
Manage the calendar and coordinate daily, weekly, monthly, yearly internal/external meetings for Directors
·
Manage the daily incoming and outgoing calls and organize business travels for department employees
·
To be a main point of contact for all related departments and support necessary activities
·
Responsible for organizing events/ meetings for the teams
·
SAP knowledge is a plus in order to managing department’s purchase orders
·
Monitor budget and expenditure for the department
DO YOU HAVE WHAT IT TAKES
·
4 years university degree
·
Min 5 years of experience in related job assignment
·
Excellent communication skills in English
·
Advanced level of MS Office Applications
·
Good communication and negotiation skills
·
Strong analytical problem solving skills
