Trainee Marketing Project Coordinator

KPMG Luxembourg is looking for forward-thinking and passionate people to make a difference to our clients, people and communities. We are currently looking for a Marketing Project Coordinator Trainee to help coordinate project activities and requests within marketing and communications and support timely delivery of campaigns and deliverables.

The role and responsibilities

·  The Trainee Marketing Project Coordinator will work with the Marketing Project Coordinator and the Press and Media Officer, to help them plan and coordinate activities and projects.

·  He/ She will ensure projects and campaigns are running smoothly, will report for timing and coordination issues and provide recommendations when possible.

·  He/ She will help to coordinate with a variety of stakeholders both internally (partners, Business team) and externally (providers, media outlets)

·  Based on the new requested projects, he/she will update the projects and campaigns/media calendar, ensuring they are entered and updated promptly and correctly.

·  He/ She will support the Marketing Project Coordinator and the Press and Media Officer, in the documentation and administration tasks such as the internal debrief, contracts, IFRS, logo licensing, websites publication.

·  He/ She will conduct market researches when applicable.

The perfect candidate

·  Holds a Bachelor's degree in marketing, economics, business management or LEA

·  English and French are mandatory, any other languages is an asset

·  Has a previous internship experience, with a preference for one realized in Marketing and Communication and/or a similar position

·  Is solution driven and has a customer services focus

·  Is highly organized with a good ability to prioritize

·  Is able to manage multiple projects

·  Know how to work under pressure and meet deadlines

·  Is comfortable with MS Office, Word and PowerPoint
