·  Technical Bachelor Degree (e.g. IT/Applied Mathematics)
·  Knowledge of programming (e.g. Python, .Net, C#)
·  Analytically strong and affinity with IT
·  Eager to learn/develop yourself in the field of OCR
·  You are always looking for better ways to do things
