Roles and Responsibilities
As a Management Assistant trainee, you will be of vital importance to the optimal functioning of our Managers' secretariats.
This varied traineeship includes, among others, the following tasks:
•Electronic agenda management (making appointments, organizing internal and external meetings,...)
•Handling correspondence and organizing mailings
•Filing and document management
•Answering internal and external phone calls
•Collecting information from traditional and electronic media
Qualifications and Skills
•You are currently enrolled in a Bachelor program in Office Management and will graduate in 2020.
•You have a good knowledge of French, Dutch and English.
•You are service-minded, communicative and dynamic.
•You are flexible, well organized and stress resistant.
•High degree of computer literacy and proficiency in MS Office applications.
