Job description

We require a Compete experiencedSAP HCM Consultant having experience in complete implementation cycle of:

• Requirement Gathering, Blue Print and BBPapproval
• Configuration and Customization including PCR& Schemas
• Integration with other Modules
• Training to Users
• Obtaining UAT approval
• Cutover and Go-Live
• Post Go-Live Support and AMC

SAP HCM Consultant should havestrong competence and knowledge on OM, PA, Payroll and Time & Leave Management, PersonalDevelopment, Performance Appraisal, Implementation on Premise is thebasic requirement but preference will be given to consultant with knowledge /experience of Success Factor.
4 to 10 Years Exp in SAP HCM asConsultant with at least 2 end to end implementation and 2 or more supportprojects.
Incumbent must have good commandover spoken and written English, presentation skills

Must have::
• SAP HCM configuration experience
• SAP HCM Certified
