Role

We are currently seeking to hire an Event Administrator on an immediate basis for a 3 month contract opportunity, based in Dublin.

We ideally need you to have the following on your CV:



·  Previous experience in a busy Administrative position;
·  Strong Microsoft Office skills, particularly Excel;
·  Excellent attention to detail;
·  An interest in Events & Marketing;
·  Excellent communication skills;
·  Ability to work on own initiative with limited supervision;
·  A highly organised and proactive approach to your work;
·  Immediate availability.
Your work will be varied. Below will be some of your core responsibilities:



·  Manage the internal & external invitation process on all events - Work extensively on Excel to track invites for upcoming Events;
·  Work on our internal & external communication platforms;
·  General admin tasks to support the planning and execution of events;
·  Event support / logistics â€' set up for all KPMG events & sponsored;
·  Managing our Event app for our internal management conference.

KPMG Marketing & Communications department


The Marketing department is made up of 25 professionals providing marketing, communications & knowledge support and advice to the Audit, Tax, Advisory and Infrastructure business units. Marketing activities including client briefings, sponsorship activation, client entertainment, thought leadership, digital marketing, advertising, PR and other aspects of the marketing mix to leverage greater value from our investment.
