As a Warehouse Operative working for Kuehne + Nagel Drinks Logistics you have an opportunity to deliver excellent customer service to our partners through hard work and dedication that is vital to providing industry leading service levels.
Your Role
We have a great team, that supports each other, and have a key focus on development and supporting career aspirations. This role will be responsible to ensure that products are processed and handled correctly throughout the warehouse using MHE, manual handling and the computer system to achieve customer requirements efficiently, accurately and safely. Hours of work are 520 hours over a 13 week reference period (Average 40 hours per week) based on a three shift pattern. The 3 shift pattern is based on operations requirement however initially will be the 1400 - 2200 shift pattern.
Your Responsibilities
· Unloading and checking goods into the warehouse
· Case picking and loading goods onto the delivery vehicle following detailed loading plans
· General warehouse tasks with an emphasis on health & safety and hygiene
Your Skills and Experiences
· Strong team player, with a flexible outlook and methodical approach.
· An FLT licence with a clean accident record
· Experience in working in a fast paced warehouse environment
· A health & safety and hygiene focus in daily work
· A positive ‘can do’ attitude
· Motivation to develop & progress
