We are seeking an experienced Store Manager to lead the team of our watch and accessories store in Biel/Bienne.

As Store Manager, you will be instrumental in driving the store's success by leading a high-performing team, ensuring operational excellence, and delivering exceptional customer experiences.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead, coach, and develop a retail team to achieve sales targets and performance goals

Ensure compliance with all company standards, brand guidelines, and operational procedures

Manage staff scheduling, time tracking, and absence monitoring

Handle daily reporting and communication with relevant stakeholders

Oversee inventory management, including receiving shipments, stock control, and quality checks

Participate in recruitment and training of new team members

Provide exceptional customer service and drive sales of our product collections

Handle customer escalations with professionalism and empathy

Perform administrative duties and ensure store presentation meets high standards

Profil recherché

Required Qualifications:

Bilingual in French and German or French and English (trilingual French-German-English preferred)

Minimum 5 years of retail experience

At least 2 years of experience managing teams of 3+ people in retail

Background in retail education, preferably in watchmaking, jewelry, or accessories

Available to work a flexible schedule including weekends (store operates 7 days/week)
