Summary
Job Family Group Description - Sales / Omni-Channel:
Combines all positions within the different sales channels: retail, wholesale and e-commerce. Also includes all activities to support store management.

Job Family Description -Retail Selling:
Represents the brand to clients. Guides them at every stage of the buying journey. Provides support on styles, product characteristics and trends.

Sub-Job Family Description - Sales Assistant:
Advises our customers during the buying journey. Presents the collection using brand standards. As the visible face of the brand follows company values. Contributes to reaching set sales targets and enhances customer satisfaction.

Job Description

SUMMARY

This position is responsible for establishing good relations with all customers and agents in order to improve sales.  Collect data and reports on competitors’ activities.  Prepare weekly and monthly sales reports.  Ensure proper stock level at company’s target and plans for incoming merchandise.  Coach staff in customer service quality and product knowledge.  Assist to manage the Store according to the company principles and guidelines, i.e. reflecting the company image and representing the company to its customers. Ensure an optimal and motivating work climate. Be responsible for increasing customer base.

 

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

·  To be responsible for ensuring the superior customer services in provided
·  To assist in communicating company’s policies, memoranda and general information to the staff in a clear and concise manner to ensure understanding and support
·  To monitor budgetary goals and sends regular reports
·  To manage and ensure that customers are informed of any new arrivals or special events
·  To handle customer complaints and perform first level solution
·  To ensure that the Store is in an impeccable condition at all times; i.e. that it meets technical and sanitary as well as decoration standards and requirements
·  To manage the physical assets and funds of the Store
·  To ensure all operational procedures regarding sales, discounts, transfers, stock adjustments, and all policies set forth in the Operations are properly carried out

 

  QUALIFICATIONS

·  Diploma and above in any discipline with at least 5 years hands-on retail sales or store operation experience in which 2 years at supervisory level
·  Prior exposure in luxury goods or premium fashion brands is preferred
·  Demonstrated strong sense of high-end fashion
·  Possess excellent communication, customer service and interpersonal skill
·  Good command of both spoken and written English and Chinese
·  Good PC skills such as MS Office
