Working shifts betwee 06:30-18:00, including every other weekend.
39 hours per week

The pay range for this role will increase to £8.87 - £10.50 per hour from 1 April 2020

Duties & Responsibilities

What's the role about?

The purpse of this role is to assist the chefs in basic food preparation and service. This is the ideal first time position for someone in the catering industry.

Job Requirements

What you'll be doing as a Kitchen Assistant

- Preparing basic menu items
- Assisting Head Chef and Second Chef in breakfast and lunch service
- Following food hygiene and partnership guidelines in regards to food safety
- Completing necessary daily and weekly paperwork to
- Maintaining a clean and organized kitchen environment
- Working alongside front of house partners to keep a clean and tidy environment
