Role Purpose

The objective of this role is to provide support in design & creation of top level user experience to Business Intelligence (BI) - Digital Solutions - JLL’s Centre of Excellence in Warsaw. The role will be primarily responsible for creation of UI graphics and design standards, ongoing support of current and future projects that require exceptional design.

What this job involves

·  Lead and review Creative workstreams in all phases of the project
·  Oversee, review, and create design deliverables on assigned projects (e.g. web applications, dashboards, data vizualisations, style guides, pre-sales materials, briefs, graphics, layouts, etc.)
·  Contribute to the delivery of architecture-focused deliverables in projects (e.g., information architecture, taxonomy, content structures, etc.)
·  Sets objective and leads the delivery of projects or work efforts that have a direct effect on business results within a functional or operational area
·  Collaborate with BI developers and business experts to define and implement bespoke, user experience focused solutions
·  Lead all design stages from concept to final implementation
·  Conceptualize original ideas that bring simplicity and user friendliness to complex design
·  Create wireframes, mock-ups, storyboards, user flows, process flows and site maps to effectively communicate and test interaction and design ideas
·  Create and promote design guidelines, best practices, tools and standards
·  Oversees direction of and coordination with team members for project deliverables

·  Bachelor or master’s degree in a related field
·  Fluent English is a must
·  Demonstrable UI design skills
·  Proficiency in Adobe XD, Adobe CC or other visual design and wire-framing tools
·  Experience in creating mock-ups, storyboards, user flows & process flows
·  Strong portfolio (please include link or examples in job application)
·  Excellent visual design skills with sensitivity to user-system interaction
·  Up-to-date with the latest UI/UX trends, techniques, and technologies
·  Relevant industry certifications will be a plus
·  Passion for BI, data & analytics will be a plus
·  Experience in supporting BI/IT solutions or data visualization – will be a strong plus
·  Experience in user-centric UI/UX related areas
·  Real Estate industry knowledge will be a strong plus
