Role summary:

Reporting to the EMEA Travel Program Manager, the Travel Program Analyst provides travel management oversight at regional level and supports on country, regional and global projects, ensures compliance to the regional/global policies, procedures and processes with a focus on customer service and cost reduction.

What this job involves:

·  Cooperate with Travel team in  country, regional and global projects
·  Cooperate with Travel team in the implementation of new travel tools
·  Cooperate with Travel team on travel vendor  RFPs, prepare analysis and recommendations
·  Cooperate with Travel team on service level improvement initiatives (On- Offline travel services)
·  Reviews of travel reports and highlight compliance issues with vendors and Travel team
·  Assist in the implementation and monitoring of the M&E Program in EMEA
·  Assists Travel team on any regional and global service issues impacting travel program and preparing resolution recommendations
·  Cooperation with AP/travel, Travel expense and other teams on streamlined and best solutions
·  Assist in the implementations of new processes in EMEA, new acquisitions integrations
·  Cooperate with the Travel Team to manage the day-to-day operation of the travel organization including the travel service center
·  Support EMEA and Global Travel Teams on Travel Related Initiatives, On-boarding and coaching new team members

Sound like you? To apply you need to be:

·  At least 5-7 years in travel related industries (travel management, TMC hotel, airline)
·  Education: Minimum Diploma / Degree Level
·  Experience in travel management
·  Analytical skills, problem solving, MS (excel, word, ppt); good communication and negotiation skills (written and verbal) in English; strong customer service orientation;
·  Understanding of travel procurement, travel RFPs/tenders in various categories; ability to analyze travel data reports;
·  Familiarity with pricing and contracts with travel suppliers;
·  Strong customer service orientation
·  Good relationship building with internal customers and suppliers
