We are looking for a Technology Workplace, Senior Support Engineer to work in our EMEA Core Technology Services for Regional office business line.

As a Senior Support Engineer within JLL you will be responsible for delivering and supporting the latest technology while maintaining a high level of reliability to our regional office support. To be successful, this person must show initiative, be motivated by technology and customer service and have the greatest attention to detail. Excellent communication skills are required and frequently utilised in this position.

Principal Accountabilities:

·  Support REGIONAL Offices outside of Central London Area.
·  Work with the wider Core Technology Operations team in promoting new and existing technologies to the senior stakeholders at JLL.
·  Establish trust and maintain a high level of confidentiality for all executive activities/tasks.
·  Innate understanding of urgency and the escalation of issues quickly when appropriate.
·  Establish relationships within EMEA Technology Data and Information Management (TDIM) team to drive escalations to closure.
·  Setup and support mobile devices including both Android and iPhone, iPad.
·  Contribute to various forms of documentation. (processes, policies, training material, quick reference guides, knowledge base articles).
·  Provide Audio/Video conference support for onsite presentations, events and meetings.

Experie nce:

·  Demonstrable technical experience in supporting desktop hardware and software
·  Demonstrable understanding of Microsoft operating system environments (including Office 2016 and Windows 10)
·  Good awareness of the licencing requirements for hardware and software
·  Understanding of the importance of IMDB to the business
·  Sound problem solving and innovative analytical skills
·  Familiarisation with ITIL practices
·  Small project engagement, (office re-organisation / moves)
·  Self-motivated and pro-active approach
·  Ability and willingness to participate in a flexible/multi-skilled team
·  Excellent communication skills; verbal and written business, excellent interpersonal speaking and listening.

Overview:

Due to growth and enhancements within our team, JLL are looking to bring in a Regional Senior Support Engineer with strong client facing customer service experience. The Regional Senior Support Engineer will be joining the UK team and based predominately in our South West Regional office.
The nature of the role for the Senior Support Engineer will be to take responsibility for and own all technology operation services for our regional offices supporting the Regional Technology Lead and regional team.

The ideal candidate will have proven experience of working and developing relationships in a client facing role. They will be proficient in working with services such as Exchange,365 Stack, Active Directory, SharePoint, Box.com, Video and Audio products. They will also have very strong experience of service management processes and tools such as ITIL. They will need be used to supervising a team and organising workloads.

·  Proven experience in dealing with senior executives / VIPs of a large corporate
·  Ability to liaise across the organisation to align new Microsoft product offerings with business requirements
·  Experience working with and developing relationships with 3rd party key vendors
·  Process focused
·  Supervisor skills, managing a team.
·  Strong understanding and awareness of Service Management processes and tools
·  Strong understanding of ITIL
