Job description

职责：
1. 设施运行与维修：
客户现场设施设备的日常操作，巡检与数据收集（如空调，配电、照明、、自控、给排水等）
客户现场常规设施设备小维修，如五金、家具、配电、油漆涂料等
客户现场设施设备维护、保养、安全运行及节能工作跟踪并建档保存；

客户现场装修、改造工作信息收集、工程量与材料复核，供应商工作陪同、监督、配合等
