About the role:

To achieve the timely and efficient delivery of Facility Management services to Client's staffs in Client’s Sites and support of their business needs in accordance with the Service Levels and Key Performance Indicators set out below.

As a front desk clerk, the one should be mature on front desk service and front desk service team management. She/he should take the responsibility to match the service goal by FM and fully understand and strictly follow up company related policy.

What this job involves:

1. Reception call handling

 - Professional answering of both the company’s external telephone line and the internal operator telephone line, providing accurate transfers and informative answers to queries.

2.Visitor Management and Access Card Management

- Ensuring that all visitors to the premises are welcomed appropriately and ensure that the host can meet their visitor under the most professional circumstances and environment, whilst working with the security team to ensure the access is provided as per the security policy.

3. Work order system handling and data collection.

4. Business card application and coordination

5. Business mail and letter handling

6. Coordinate on any other soft service request and resource offering.

7. In charge of stationery application.

8. Client satisfaction and complaint handling

9. Support to others request by team

2. Successful completion of scheduled activities. Prompt and courteous response to Client’s requests.

3. Provide support the facility management team such in monthly report and audit.

4. Be polite, professional and helpful; guarantee attendance as aligned

5. A university degree or professional qualification; CET 4 English Level
