What this opportunity involves:

Due to growth within our Capital Markets business, we are seeking an Analyst to join the Office Transactions team. Your role will provide analytical and operational support to the Executive Directors and agency team to transact large-scale office buildings. This position requires a thorough understanding of and keen interest in property, and will provide you with an opportunity to continue to develop your understanding and skills in high value, institutional-grade property.

Here is what a snapshot of the role looks like:

·  You will manage a range of critical analytical and operational tasks
·  Assist with the evaluation and due diligence of new and existing investment opportunities.
·  Manage campaign and transaction due diligence queries and provide fast and accurate responses.
·  Manage preparation of submission materials.
·  Formulate, produce and distribute regular marketing collateral and maintain relevant databases.

You will be confident in your own abilities and will pride yourself on building relationships with stakeholders at all levels. You will adopt a hands-on approach to problem solving and can juggle multiple priorities and conflicting deadlines. You will support a collaborative work environment to the team and all levels of the business and help promote continuous improvement and success.

Along with your tertiary education, you will have previous Valuations experience and/or Commercial Property Transaction experience.
