Job description

Conference room set ups up for Executive Boardroom meetings and office events 

Moves , adds, changes

Replace light bulbs

Light furniture repairs

Manages keys with visits to the locksmith for duplicates

Goes between locations in NYC offices when necessary

Light carpentry, patching and painting

Assist Facilities department in supporting JLL projects and initiatives

Assess the status of issues or work needed before contacting outside vendors
