Graphic Designer

Job description

Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

·  Layout and produce JLL branded and custom marketing materials to promote JLL property listings, including but not limited to: brochures, email blasts, websites, proposals, new business presentations, invitations, signage, and environmental graphics
·  Bring clients story to life by designing bespoke brands for client properties through print and digital assets
·  Format research-based data and create graphics that portray a visually compelling story such as market reports, newsletters, infographics, statistical graphs, charts and tables
·  Design visually compelling area maps and site plans
·  Collaborate with team to assist in project strategy, gathering content, and coordinating outsourced vendors, as needed. Adhere to established deadlines.
·  Provide exceptional client service
·  Stay abreast of current design trends to bring best-in-class design to the team—both conceptually and through new technologies or platforms 
·  Out of the box thinker that actively seeks out new solutions to design problems

 
Qualifications:

·  Creative, “big picture” thinker
·  Bachelor's degree in Art, Graphic Design/Visual Communications or Marketing
·  3+ years of graphic design experience in a corporate environment or agency setting
·  Advanced Design skills using Adobe Creative Cloud, specifically InDesign, Photoshop and Illustrator
·  Knowledge of website design platforms, such as Weebly is a plus
·  Outstanding project management skills with ability to multitask with great time management skills
·  Strong written and verbal communication and interpersonal skills
·  Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, deadline driven, team environment
·  Outstanding attention to detail with commitment to creating quality work product
·  Highly organized with a focus on customer service
·  Experience working with brand standards is a plus
·  Dreamweaver and/or HTML experience is a plus
·  Motion graphics and video production and editing experience a plus
·  Knowledge of commercial real estate is a plus but not required
·  Quick learner and advocate of new media, trends and technologies
·  Hungry to learn
