What this job involves:

Our Valuations team are seeking a Graduate Valuer to join the JLL Residential Mortgage Services team.  As part of the residential team, your skills and learning's will include the undertaking of valuations and financial modelling, conducting research and market studies, report writing, feasibility analysis, as well as assisting with inspections.  This is a great opportunity to join a market leading team specialising in development valuations.  You will need to have passion for either built form or land development.

 

Specific duties will include but will not be limited to:  

 

·  Provision of timely, accurate valuations under supervision, to support the pitching and delivery of client transactions.
·  Undertaking data verification and audit
·  Compiling and verifying market evidence for reports
·  Prepare, edit and modify computer cash flow models
·  Provide direct assistance as required to enable Valuations team to effectively undertake its functions
·  Attend client functions and seminars; and
·  Leverage research capacity by circulating relevant market data and sales analysis

You will have completed or near completed your property related tertiary studies and be eligible to register as, or already be, a Certified Practising Valuer.  Strong written, verbal communication and analytical skills are sought after, as is a willingness to learn and have an enquiring mind.  Attention to detail, team orientated and a flexible attitude will ensure your success in the role.
