Job description



What this job involves:

·       Annual Client Budget preparation, development, & implementation

·       Execute Annual & Quarterly Client Forecast

·       Generate Trend Analysis; Collect and Evaluate Period-Over-Period Commentary related to variances to budget & forecast

·       Research budget-related issues and implement corrections/updates. Review baseline adjustment submissions

·       Analyze performance data to forecast/trend; maintain performance KPI’s

·       Generate Monthly & Quarterly Client Financial Reporting & Analysis

·       Financial modeling, analysis and compilation of quantitative data

·       Provide analytical support to transform behaviors and techniques

·       Provide discrete and confidential handling of sensitive information

·       Demonstrate high level of customer service with client contacts and internal team.

·       Complete and support regular and ad-hoc reporting including informal and formal internal and external documents, reports, graphs, charts and presentations.

·       Support team’s efforts to develop efficient reporting strategies including automation and simplification of reporting processes while preserving data integrity

·       Identify tactical and strategic opportunities, gaps and financial risks through collaboration with cross-functional teams.

·       Support cost-savings and process improvement initiatives, and related reporting

·       Participate in the development and distribution of best practices, process documentation, and user support materials for reporting.

·       Bachelor’s degree in Finance or Accounting

·       2 years relevant experience

·       Intermediate to Advanced MS Excel skills

·       Demonstrated financial competency at a detailed level of operation

·       Ability to collaborate across many levels

·       High level of attention to detail and accuracy

·       Ability to make effective decisions and solve problems

·       Strong organization, analytical, and coordination skills

·       Advanced oral and written communication skills

·       Excellent level of customer service skills

·       Flexible and adaptable

·       Excellent interpersonal skills / interpersonal sensitivity

·       Demonstrated initiative & independence
