ring & operational procedures
2. Ensure proper functioning of the following system in the facility ¾ All Electrical Systems ¾ All HVAC system ¾ All Pac’s ¾ Water, Plumbing, Sanitary Systems ¾ Elevators/Lifts ¾ Cafeteria equipments 3. To liaise with the vendors for maintenance/service practices of M&E contactors to deliver quality work practices in line with the manufacturer recommendations. 4. to ensure that all maintenance related schedules & shut down in consultations with OEM & Accenture are followed 5. Daily inspection of log books, history card, checklist, escalation charts, OCP & PPM schedules etc for a better management of engineering systems 6.To ensure and guide the technical staff attends & work for closures for all F&S technical related issues in the facility 7.To adhere to 52 weeks annual M&E maintenance schedule 8.To maintain consistency on agreed SLA & KPI 9.To participate during emergency evacuation procedure and manage all health & safety issues
3rd duty Records Management 1. To ensure Daily, Weekly, Monthly, Quarterly, Half Yearly & Yearly records are prepared and sent to the chief engineer for all engineering related activities 2. To update & maintain all records on a daily basis (Log books, History Cards, Equipment details, Service Reports, Incident Reports etc.,) 4th duty Reporting Management 1. Daily Report – Service Report, SLA Report
2. Monthly Report – Energy Report, IIEE Report, Major works carried out report & Equipment Status Report, LCD Projector Report
3. Quarterly Report – Statutory Compliance Report
