Job description
Building Maintenance must be able to perform the repair, maintenance,restoration,and replacement of various components of the physical structure of the buildings.
· Perform such duties as minor patching and painting, moving and adjusting furniture
· Hang pictures, mirrors and similar as needed.
· Assist electrical, mechanical, and plumbing technicians as needed.
· Must be able to lift and carry up to 50 pounds unassisted
· Basic hand tool knowledge
· Must be able to work reasonable amount of overtime as needed
· Other duties as assigned
