We are looking for a Chargeman A4, Malaysia

Support Malaysia Solutions & Business Development team in driving best practices in the IFM sales process with ultimate aim of achieving new business target for each financial year and building sufficient pipeline for the financial year.

Accountabilities:

·  Support and carry out day to day operation related to facilities and handle all facilities duties diligently and independently
·  Assist senior officer on overall Admin and Facilities operation matter.
·  Perform daily floor walk to ensure the office space, washroom and other area are in good condition.
·  Perform daily floor walk to ensure the office space, electrical rooms, CE room and other areas are in good condition.
·  Assist to support on the inventory management ie lighting consumables, spare parts and others.
·  Attend and manage complaint related to facilities and report back to senior admin on any excursion
·  Assist to monitor contractor or vendor on the schedule maintenance/visit
·  Responsible as a competent person during his shift on any electrical installation.
·  Attend and manage the LV switch room and the generator room asset. To do monthly generator Off Load test.
·  To supervise external contractor works/services and monitor their performance.
·  To inspect and monitor critical environment equipment ie UPS, critical cooling unit, fire fighting system and other assets belongs to site.
·  To attend any breakdown that occur at the sites.
·  To liaise with building management on the issue related to building and participate in the building management meetings.
·  To undertake and complete report and any other assignment that may assigned from time to time.
·  To be standby off site whenever required and attend breakdown call.

Required Qualifications & Experience

·  Chargeman A4 Certificate by Suruhanjaya Tenaga (Energy Commission)
·  Minimum 3 years’ experience in facilities management or building operations with knowledge of maintenance and services.
·  Customer oriented, a team player, able to work independently and good interpersonal & leadership skills
·  Able to work under pressure and in a fast changing environment
·  Fluent in Bahasa Malaysia and English
·  Willing to work on shifts/public holidays/weekends
